We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer support team at contact@vizocore.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If Rejected: If the item is not in its original condition or is outside the return window, we will inform you of the decision. You will have the option to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures that you receive the new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@vizocore.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
