3. Do you have a physical store I can visit? At this time, we are an online-only store and do not have a physical retail location.
Ordering and Payments
4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
5. Is my payment information secure? Yes, all payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
7. Where do you ship? We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. and its territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
8. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the method you choose at checkout:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

9. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged? We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If your package is lost, please reach out to us and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
10. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
11. How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please email us at contact@vizocore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
12. How long does it take to get a refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
